How do I install the Risk Dashboard EA?
Download the .mq5 file from My Account → My EAs. Copy it to MQL5/Experts/EWI/ in your MT5 data folder, compile in MetaEditor (F7), then attach to a chart.
The EA shows "binding_limit" — what does this mean?
Your licence key is already bound to another MT5 account number. Contact support to release the binding so you can use it on a new account.
The EA is not loading after attaching to a chart.
Check that "Allow WebRequests" is enabled in MT5 → Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, and that https://license.elliottwaveinsight.co.uk is in the allowed URLs list.
My subscription is active but the EA says "subscription_expired".
This can happen if there is a delay in licence activation after payment. Please wait 5 minutes and try reattaching the EA. If the issue persists, contact support.
How do I update to a new version of the EA?
Download the new file from My Account → My EAs, replace the existing file in your MT5 Experts folder, and recompile. Your licence key stays the same.
