1. Who this policy applies to
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from Anthony Lyle trading as Elliott Wave Insights.
It covers memberships, digital content, access to community features, subscriptions, and other paid services sold through the Elliott Wave Insights website or related checkout pages.
2. Digital products and services
Elliott Wave Insights primarily sells digital services, including educational content, market analysis, membership access, and community access.
Because these products are delivered digitally, access may begin immediately after purchase or shortly after payment is confirmed.
3. Refunds
Unless a specific product page, checkout page, written offer, or applicable law says otherwise, payments for digital memberships, subscriptions, and access-based products are non-refundable once access has been granted or the order has been processed.
This means:
- if access to content or a membership area has started, a refund is normally not available;
- if a subscription has renewed, the renewal charge is normally not refundable unless required by law;
- if a free trial converts to a paid plan, the first charge is subject to the terms shown at signup.
Nothing in this policy affects mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Cancellation of subscriptions
If you have a recurring subscription, you may cancel it at any time using the cancellation method provided by the site, which may include a dashboard, account page, or email request.
When you cancel:
- cancellation will stop future renewal charges;
- access normally continues until the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise;
- cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
If a trial is active, it is the user’s responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if they do not want the subscription to convert to a paid plan.
5. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, the details of the trial will be shown at the point of signup.
Unless otherwise stated:
- the trial lasts for the period advertised;
- the user may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged;
- if the trial converts to a paid plan, the payment terms shown at signup will apply.
6. Technical access issues
If you cannot access a product or membership area because of a technical problem on the Elliott Wave Insights side, please contact us at [email protected].
Where appropriate, we will investigate and may restore access, extend access, or offer another reasonable remedy. This will depend on the circumstances and does not guarantee a refund.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Elliott Wave Insights first so the issue can be reviewed.
Chargebacks or payment disputes should not be used before giving the business a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Where a chargeback is raised, access to the service may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.
