Terms of Membership and Community Rules

1. Purpose

These Terms of Membership and Community Rules apply to anyone who joins, accesses, or uses any Elliott Wave Insights membership area, community space, or member-only communication channel.

This includes access through Telegram, Discord, email updates, or any other member-only platform or group used by Elliott Wave Insights.

2. Membership access

Membership access may include one or more of the following, depending on the product or plan purchased:

  • premium analysis;
  • educational content;
  • market updates;
  • Telegram access;
  • Discord access;
  • other member-only resources or communication channels.

Access is personal and should not be shared, copied, resold, or transferred to other people unless the business gives written permission.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details, access links, and account information secure.

You must not:

  • share your login credentials;
  • let another person use your membership account;
  • attempt to bypass access controls;
  • copy private member content for redistribution.

If you believe your account or access details have been compromised, you should contact us as soon as possible.

4. Community conduct

All members are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.

You must not post or share:

  • abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory content;
  • spam or repetitive promotional material;
  • false or misleading trading claims;
  • illegal content;
  • copyrighted content that you do not have the right to share;
  • malware, harmful links, or attempts to disrupt the community.

We may remove content or restrict access where needed to protect the community, the service, or other members.

5. Telegram and Discord rules

Telegram and Discord are third-party platforms and are subject to their own terms and policies.

If Elliott Wave Insights provides access through Telegram or Discord:

  • you must follow both Elliott Wave Insights rules and the platform’s own rules;
  • access may be removed if the platform account is banned, restricted, or unavailable;
  • membership access does not guarantee permanent access to any particular third-party channel or server.

We may change the platform used for community access if necessary.

6. Content use

Member content is provided for your own personal use only.

You must not:

  • repost private analysis outside the membership area;
  • screenshot or redistribute restricted content without permission;
  • republish charts, commentary, or analysis as your own;
  • use member content for commercial resale, training, or public distribution.

Any permitted sharing must be clearly authorised by Elliott Wave Insights in writing.

7. Moderation and removal

We may moderate, edit, move, restrict, suspend, or delete posts or messages where appropriate.

We may also remove a member from any community space or suspend membership access if we reasonably believe:

  • these rules have been breached;
  • behaviour is abusive or harmful;
  • the account is being misused;
  • access is being shared improperly;
  • the service or other members are at risk.

Where possible, we will act fairly and proportionately, but serious breaches may result in immediate action.

8. No advice relationship

Community messages, charts, replies, and discussions are educational only and do not create a personalised advice relationship.

You remain responsible for your own trading and financial decisions.

Nothing in the community should be treated as a guarantee of profit or as individual investment advice.

9. Availability and changes

Membership features, channels, moderators, formats, and access routes may change over time.

We may update, suspend, replace, or withdraw any community feature if needed for operational, legal, or technical reasons.

10. Refunds and cancellation

Refund and cancellation rights are governed by the Elliott Wave Insights Refund and Cancellation Policy and the main Terms of Service.

If your membership ends, your access to member-only communities and content may also end.
